Our Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all Spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. The Spa will provide towels, slippers and other amenities required during your visit. Please note, The water facilities is a mobile phone, pager, and smoke-free zone while leisure areas are equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi. A minimum age of 18 is required for Spa access, with some treatments available to those over 16, if accompanied by an adult. Arrival Time: Guests are encouraged to arrive 45 mins prior to your appointment to enjoy the exclusive facilities. Walk-in guest are always welcomed and our staff will be ready to arrange treatments according to guest’s preferences. Guests will have sufficient time to enjoy all complimentary facilities. Scheduling and Appointment: To schedule an appointment for the perfect treatment, please speak with our specialist Spa reception team who will guide you to the right choice, please call +852 3698 0000. Our staff speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Health Conditions: Kindly advise any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your service when making your Spa reservation. We have specially designed treatments for expectant women and nursing mothers. Please allow our Spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for your during this special time. Homecare: To continue your Spa regime and experience at home, all products used in the treatments are available for purchase from the Spa Reception Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available- an ideal present for someone special. Facilities and Amenities: The specialised treatments care for your every need, ranging from advanced facials to hot stone therapy; from essential body massage and envelopments to Full-Day Spa Journeys. Treatments include the use of the Spa facilities, including the steam room and relaxation lounges. Our Leisure Centre including our Asian fusion restaurant, private game rooms equipped with plasma T.V.s, private laptops and various table games are complimentary to all Spa guests VIP areas.
